Everything you need to know about guest lists, ticketed events, trips, and using WELOVEBCN.
Register your name (and optionally, your group) through our platform before the event. On the night, approach the designated WELOVEBCN door coordinator (we'll share their exact location via WhatsApp the afternoon of the event), give your name, and you'll gain entry — typically for free or at a significantly reduced entry price.
Most guest lists close at 01:30 AM. Arriving before 01:00 AM is always recommended to avoid the door queue. After cut-off, standard door prices apply.
The guest list covers you and any guests you registered when signing up. Unregistered additions may still enter, but at the standard door price.
No printing required. Your digital confirmation email serves as proof of registration. We don't issue specific QR passes — just say “I'm on the WELOVEBCN list” to the door coordinator.
Tickets are sold through our ticketing platform (accessible via Lists & Tickets / tickets.welovebcn.es). Once purchased, you'll receive a QR code pass on the ticket provider's app or via email.
Refund policies vary per event and are managed by the ticket provider. Please check the specific event terms at point of purchase. For urgent cases, contact us at dany@welovebcn.es.
Every WELOVEBCN event includes: (1) a dedicated door liaison visible in the entrance area, (2) a real-time safety WhatsApp group shared with all registrants the day of the event, (3) coordination with venue security on any issues.
Use the event-night WhatsApp group to contact our on-site team immediately. Alternatively, approach any venue staff member or speak to the door security team. Your safety is always the first priority.
Our day excursions (Costa Brava, Montserrat, Andorra, etc.) are organised in partnership with Erasmus Barcelona. They're daytime group outings with a fully inclusive itinerary — transport, guide, and activities included.
Trips link directly to the Erasmus Barcelona booking platform where full details, dates, and pricing are listed. Select a trip from our Erasmus Barcelona section and you will be redirected there.
Currently, no account is required. You register directly per event. A membership system for faster repeat registration is planned for a future platform update.
